Appointment Confirmation
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or by text message. A confirmation message may be sent prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a confirmation, our team may contact you to verify your reservation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per reserved service.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled guests. Full service charges may still apply.
Consultation & Treatment Recommendations
Certain treatments may require an in-person consultation before service. Our experienced technicians will assess your individual concerns and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan.

Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions
